I can’t say enough good things about Victor! We were stranded with a flat tire and had been sitting outside for quite a while, unsure of what to do. Out of the kindness of his heart, Victor stopped and helped us replace our tire without hesitation. His generosity, professionalism, and willingness to help complete strangers turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. It’s rare to meet someone who goes out of their way to help others like that. They saved the day when my tire got busted by a piece of metal on the highway - they arrived very quickly, took off my old tire and showed me what had happened, replaced it, and I was on the road in no time (not to mention it was a Sunday evening when all other shops in the area were closed!). The worker was so nice and made me feel instantly comfortable and like I was in good hands, which is especially valuable when you’re a young woman who doesn’t know a whole lot about cars. I’m going to share this business with all my friends in the area so they know who to call when they have a car emergency.

Absolutely wonderful! Can’t thank them enough. Professional, prompt, very kind, and went above and beyond. They were easy to work with and actually cared about the person and situation. I called to have them assist my elderly father at 10 pm and they had him back on the road a little after 11! They gave us peace of mind and handled it well.
